The AP Series CNC Plasma Cutting Table is designed for fabrication and production environments where a heavier machine structure, enhanced motion system, and increased operating capability are required.
Building upon the technology and features of our A Series, the AP Series incorporates a more substantial machine frame, heavier-duty gantry and servo system, finished side and front enclosures, and an innovative water storage system designed to improve cutting performance and simplify small-part retrieval.
Available in 4' × 8', 5' × 10', and 6' × 12' configurations, the AP Series provides the rigidity and versatility required for demanding fabrication applications while maintaining the ease of operation expected from our CNC cutting systems.

The AP Series incorporates a heavier-built gantry and upgraded servo system compared with our A Series platform.
The enhanced motion system is designed to provide the rigidity and controlled movement necessary for demanding cutting applications.
A dual-side servo drive system with closed-loop feedback continuously monitors machine position, while precision planetary gearboxes and hardened linear guideways provide smooth and accurate gantry movement.

Variable Sensing Technology™ (VST)
Our Exclusive Automatic Torch Height Technology
The AP Series incorporates our proprietary Variable Sensing Technology (VST) automatic torch height control system.
VST simplifies torch height setup by utilizing preconfigured tool and material settings rather than requiring the operator to manually determine arbitrary voltage parameters for each application.
The operator selects the appropriate cutting tool or preset, and the system automatically establishes the appropriate sensing parameters.

Innovative Water Storage System
More Than a Water Table
The AP Series incorporates a heavy-wall HDPE water storage tank that provides additional functionality beyond a traditional plasma water table.
During small-part retrieval, water can be transferred from the cutting area into the storage tank, lowering the water level and making it easier for operators to access and remove smaller parts from the table.
Once parts have been retrieved, the stored water can be returned to the cutting area.
During Cutting
With the water raised into the cutting area, it helps capture and absorb a significant portion of the sparks, smoke, and particulate generated during plasma cutting.

Magnetic Torch Breakaway Protection
The AP Series utilizes a magnetic breakaway torch holder designed to help protect the torch and machine in the event of a collision.
A motion deactivation sensor detects torch separation and immediately stops machine movement, helping minimize potential damage to the torch, workpiece, and machine components.
